Signing In to Your KruxOS Account

By the end of this page, you'll know how magic-link sign-in works on kruxos.com and what to do when a link doesn't arrive.

How sign-in works

Your KruxOS account has no password. Signing in (and signing up) uses a magic link:

  1. Enter your email address at kruxos.com/signup (or on the activation page).
  2. We email you a sign-in link.
  3. Open the link — you're signed in, and your account is created automatically the first time.

Links are single-use and short-lived

Each link works once and expires 15 minutes after it's sent. If it's expired or already used, just request a new one — there's no limit.

If you started from the activation page, open the link on the same device you're activating from so the flow can continue where you left off.

Didn't get the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder. Automated sign-in emails are occasionally filtered.
  • Check the address. The email goes exactly to what you typed — a typo means it lands somewhere else (or nowhere). Re-enter your email and request a new link.
  • Wait a minute, then retry. Delivery is usually seconds, but a busy mail provider can lag. Requesting a new link invalidates nothing — the newest link simply works.
  • Corporate mail filters. If your organisation quarantines external mail, ask your admin to allow mail from kruxos.com, or use a personal address for your account.
